Homemade Peach Bellini
2 peaches fresh and ripe
(Alternatively use a tin of peaches in syrup)
Pinch of sugar
1 bottle Prosecco
Cut your 2 peaches in half, remove the stones and peel them to remove the skin.
Roughly chop and blitz them in a food processor or handheld blender. We like to add in a pinch of sugar!
Alternatively, if you cannot find peaches in your local supermarket, you can purchase tinned peaches in syrup and blitz.
Make sure there are no lumps, your puree should be as smooth as possible.
Add two tablespoons of puree into a glass and pour prosecco over the top. Be careful not to over pour as the prosecco will froth!
