We are committed to ensuring that our operations and supply chains promote safe, fair, legal and humane working conditions and recognise that adopting and this modern slavery and human trafficking statement will help us to:
- ensure there is a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain;
- enhance our reputation and confidence in our brand;
- be more transparent and accountable to our investors, employees and customers; and
- develop more responsive, stable and innovative supply chains. We want to ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

Our Supply Chains
Our supply chains include manufacturers, distributors and resellers around the world, each of which are likely to have their own suppliers based in various countries around the world. As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains, we:
- undertake due diligence and risk assessments to help determine and ensure that no modern slavery and human trafficking risk exists in our business and supply chains;
- include provisions in our contracts requiring compliance with modern slavery and human trafficking laws and enabling us to terminate supplier arrangements where they have not complied with the law or its requirements in connection with modern slavery and human trafficking; and
- provide training to key members of staff in connection with modern slavery and human trafficking issues likely to affect our business.

The Future
We are always looking for ways we can improve our business. With this in mind, following a review of the effectiveness of the steps we have taken this year to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or our business, we are looking at taking the following further steps to combat slavery and human trafficking in the future:
- providing training to key members of staff in connection with modern slavery and human trafficking issues likely to affect our business;
- continuing to undertake due diligence and risk assessments to help determine and ensure that no modern slavery and human trafficking risk exists in our business and supply chains;
- reviewing the modern slavery clauses we use in our contracts with key suppliers to ensure they are robust and reflect best practice; and
- reviewing the practices of our suppliers on a regular basis to ensure they remain compliant with the law and our ethical standards.
