Whipped Coffee Recipe


Spice Mix

2 tablespoons instant coffee, (powder or granulated)

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 tablespoons boiling water

Milk (your choice of milk)


The rule of thumb for Dalgona coffee is ratio 1:1:1

 Mix 1 tbsp of instant coffee, 1 tbsp sugar an 1 tbsp of boiling hot water and whisk together in a tall glass.

Top Tip - Use a glass that is wide enough to fit your whisk in, you can then create the thick, creamy coffee by rubbing the whisk fast in between your hands. 

To serve, fill a glass ¾ of the way up with the milk of your choice.

 Pour over cold milk with a ice.

Alternatively pour over hot milk for a frothy, creamy latte.

Top Tip If you whip a big batch- seal in an airtight container for up to one week!
