Any orders over £85 are FREE for UK postcodes, all orders under this value will be £4.99. Delivered within 2-3 working days.
Next Day Delivery: £7.99: Order before 8pm (Monday - Thursday) to get your Truly parcel the next working day. Order on Friday by 3pm and your purchase will be delivered the next working day, any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next working day.
Saturday Delivery £9.99: Order Friday before 8pm for delivery on Saturday (between 8am-6pm).
International Delivery: We are working on a solution for most EU countries that calculates duties and customs at our checkout along with a delivery cost. Please sign up to our newsletter so we can let you know when it is live.
We’ve extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season. Any item bought between 25th November 2024 and 21st December 2024 can be returned up until 24th January 2025.
We're happy to offer a refund or exchange at any time during the 35 days from the day after the date on which the products were delivered as long as products are in their original packaging, in pristine condition with product labels attached and have not been removed and not part of our final sale collection. Please note that final sale items have a 14 day returns policy.
